IT Support Engineer

The IT Support Engineer will serve as the primary point of contact for end user technical issues, ensuring staff have the tools and support they need to work effectively. The role combines hands-on hardware and software support with systems administration, asset management, and user training.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience providing end user technical support
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10 and macOS operating systems
• Experience managing users and groups in Active Directory and Office 365
• Experience using MDM platforms such as ManageEngine, Intune, or similar
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
