Job Description
We are seeking an Account Manager to be part of a new dynamic organization with a strong focus on customer excellence. The successful candidate will develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, identify and analyze customer needs, and develop commercial solutions to drive business growth and generate value.
Requirements
- Master degree in Business Administration or a relevant science field
- 5+ years of commercial and/or technical experience in the Polymers Industry
- Fluency in English
- Strong sales skills and ability to negotiate skillfully
- Ability to present information clearly and engage the audience
- Ability to listen and understand customer needs
- Affinity with sustainability initiatives
