LyondellBasell is looking for an operator in a 2-shift operation at their production site in Bayreuth, Germany. The job involves operating control systems, identifying and resolving faults on equipment, and supporting shift personnel.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a plastics mold maker, mechanic, electrician, chemist, or similar
• Effective and cooperative working with others
• Reliable and structured completion of tasks
• Open and motivated attitude towards continuous development
• Advanced IT knowledge
• Active and clear communication skills in everyday working life
