Production Technician

The Production Technician is responsible for ensuring smooth production line operations, maintaining equipment, and managing assigned manpower to meet customer requirements regarding quality, quantity, and delivery.

Requirements

• Diploma in Plastic Technology or Plastic Processing & Testing from reputed college or university
• OR ITI in Plastic Processing Operator from reputed institutions
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience for Diploma and 5 to 7 years for ITI in the plastics industry preferably in color masterbatch and compounding industry
• Knowledge of extruder operations, trouble shooting and basic testing on Plastic processing
• Aware of color corrections and adjustments
• Hands on Feeders operations and corrections
• Proficient in operating loss-in -weght feeders (Ktron/Brabender), high-speed mixers, palletization techniques like Under Water / strand cutting, vacuum pumps, uitilities and DCS
