Requirements

• University degree in business economics / natural or engineering sciences (master's degree preferred) or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience (+10 years) in the fields of polymers, sales, corporate management, or marketing, preferably in the automotive market
• Experience in international assignments and working in a multicultural environment
• Strong leadership skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Language skills: fluent German and English in writing and speech
• Basic IT knowledge (Microsoft Outlook, Office Word/Excel, SAP R/3, SalesForce)
