The Talent Acquisition Coordinator – APS is a key member of the APS Talent Acquisition team, providing essential administrative and operational support across a fast‐paced, high‐volume recruiting environment. This role partners closely with APS Talent Acquisition Advisors, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to ensure smooth execution of the hiring process across multiple manufacturing and field locations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is typically preferred.
- Typically 3+ years of experience supporting high‐volume recruiting or HR operations, ideally in a manufacturing or multi‐site environment.
- Strong initiative, high energy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to tailor communication appropriately for different audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and high‐quality data entry skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong working knowledge of SuccessFactors.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Up to 10% Travel may be required in this role to support hiring events.
