As a PMO Coordinator, you will be part of the Compliance & Quality team at Lyreco Benelux, responsible for ensuring the efficient execution and quality of strategic initiatives, projects, and programs.
Requirements
- Experience with PMO, portfolio, and project governance, stakeholder management, and change management
- Knowledge of MSP, MoP, and/or P3O; certifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP (and preferably Agile) are an advantage
- Proven experience in coaching and training project leaders and improving project work
- Strong in data, reporting, and tooling: you can drive insight, progress, and risks
- Affinity with quality, compliance, and structured work; experience with ISO standards is a plus
- Analytical and structured professional with a strong hands-on mentality, who easily switches between strategy and execution
