As a PMO Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, prioritization, and oversight of the project portfolio within Lyreco Benelux, ensuring quality, compliance, and sustainable value creation within the organization.
Requirements
- Experience with PMO, portfolio, and project governance, stakeholder management, and change management.
- Knowledge of MSP, MoP, and/or P3O; certifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP (and preferably Agile) are an advantage.
- Proven experience in coaching and training project leaders and improving project-based work.
- Strong in data, reports, and tooling: you can steer on insight, progress, and risks.
- Affinity with quality, compliance, and structured work; experience with ISO standards is a plus.
