Head of Marketing and Growth

We are hiring a Head of Marketing and Growth to own the entire demand generation engine, build and lead the marketing function, and drive profitable customer acquisition for the US solar business.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in performance driven digital marketing or growth roles, with at least three years in a leadership or owner role.
• Proven track record of running profitable paid campaigns at meaningful monthly budgets, ideally for US or other English speaking consumers.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers, funnels, cohorts and unit economics.
• Hands on experience with Meta and Google Ads, landing page builders, analytics tools and CRMs.
• Experience building and managing a small marketing team including hiring, coaching, setting KPIs and holding people accountable.
• Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to work closely with US based leadership on strategy, messaging and offers.
• Strong bias for testing and execution. You ship campaigns and experiments and are comfortable being accountable for hard numbers.
