Head of Marketing and Growth

We are hiring a Head of Marketing and Growth to own the entire demand generation engine, build and lead the marketing function, drive profitable customer acquisition for the US solar business, and turn marketing into a predictable revenue engine.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in performance driven digital marketing or growth roles
• At least three years in a leadership or owner role
• Proven track record of running profitable paid campaigns at meaningful monthly budgets
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers, funnels, cohorts and unit economics
• Hands on experience with Meta and Google Ads, landing page builders, analytics tools and CRMs
• Experience building and managing a small marketing team
• Excellent written and spoken English
