HR Recruiter

We are scaling fast and need an HR Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for high-volume operational roles and complex technical positions. You will be accountable for daily sourcing, aggressive screening, and driving offer closures.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Proven success in high-volume hiring environments
• Direct experience recruiting technical roles
• Experience hiring for fast-moving, high-pressure organizations
• Strong English communication and executive presence
• Ability to push back, challenge hiring managers, and protect hiring quality
• Comfortable working US time zones when required
