Job Description
We are looking for a Human Capital Executive to join our team during the night shift to manage HR operations, including onboarding, policy making, and compliance with Labour Laws, PF, and ESI regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
- Sound knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in HR software / HRMS platforms
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Strong decision-making and organizational abilities
