Human Capital Executive - Night Shift

We are seeking a Human Capital Executive to join our night shift team in Panchkula, Haryana, India. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations, handle policy making, and ensure compliance with Labour Laws, PF, and ESI regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
• Sound knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in HR software / HRMS platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
