Senior Microsoft 365 Platform Engineer

The Senior Microsoft 365 Platform Engineer supports and advances Lytx's global collaboration and productivity ecosystem. This role serves as the primary engineering owner for Microsoft 365 tenant operations, driving continuous improvement, reliability, and automation across collaboration services.

Requirements

• 7+ years in IT systems administration or engineering with 4+ years directly supporting Microsoft 365 platforms
• Strong experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive administration
• Demonstrated proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API automation
• Knowledge of Intune, Conditional Access, and M365 security/compliance configuration
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale tenants and hybrid environments
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills with a focus on customer experience and continuous improvement
