Job Description
The Designer is a foundational role responsible for high-quality design execution at Make+ Design Studio, collaborating closely with the design team to translate creative direction into accurate production-ready assets across platforms.
Requirements
- Execute layouts, resizing, and versioning across multiple platforms
- Apply brand guidelines and design systems accurately and consistently
- Prepare clean, production-ready files that meet technical requirements
- Implement feedback quickly and precisely without repeated iteration
- Support ecosystem builds under the direction of Integrated and Creative Designers
- Collaborate with Production to ensure assets are delivered on time and to spec
- Learn and adopt tools, templates, organization and workflows
- Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented team culture
