- Proven experience leading hiring in a creative, agency, marketing or consulting environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
- A commercial mindset - balancing speed, quality, and cost
- Hands-on, delivery-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities at pace
- Highly organized, with a structured approach to problem-solving
- Data-driven, using insight to guide decisions and improve outcomes
- Confident communicator, both verbally and in writing
