Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in creative production, agency, or luxury environments
- Strategic and confident with ability to partner with executive leadership and business unit leaders
- Adaptive and able to pivot quickly across a wide range of roles
- Compliance-minded with deep knowledge of EEOC, FLSA, and NYC/CA-specific hiring regulations
- Operational and able to use data and ATS hygiene to keep the wheels turning
