Responsibilities include providing phone and email support to clients, updating policy records, building and maintaining professional relationships with clients, and implementing process improvements.

• minimum secondary education
• ability to learn quickly and proficiency in MS Office
• availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00
