Requirements

• Budgeting time requirements to complete each phase of construction and meet deadlines
• Scheduling subcontractor work and deliveries
• Monitoring progress of work and completion of work and accurate, timely deliveries
• Conducting pre-construction and pre-settlement meetings with home buyer
• Resolving customer service issues and production problems during construction phase
• Assisting in the control of production costs
