Job Description
M/I Homes is seeking a Construction Manager to supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities for assigned subdivisions, ensuring quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Assist in budgeting time requirements to complete each phase of construction and meet deadlines
- Coordinate and monitor progress of work; completion and closing dates
- Supervise and monitor work of subcontractors
- Review and analyze site plans and blueprints
- Conduct pre-construction and pre-settlement meetings with home buyers
- Resolves customer service issues and production problems during construction phase
- Provides and applies training methods and standards to subordinates and subcontractors
- Directly supervises subordinates and assists in the supervision of subcontractors
