Job Description
M/I Homes, a top 15 national home builder, is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor / Specialist for its builder financing subsidiary, M/I Financial. The successful candidate will process all types of mortgage loans, including Conventional, FHA, and VA, and work in the office 100% of the time.
Requirements
- Customer-service oriented with good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to elicit, interpret, analyze, and evaluate given information relative to underwriting guidelines and lender requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented aptitude
