M/I Homes is a leading homebuilder seeking a New Home Consultant to guide customers through the homebuying journey. The role involves showcasing products, floorplans, and designs to match customer needs, achieving sales and customer service goals, and maintaining the company's industry-leading position.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree preferred but not required
• Minimum 2 years of new home sales relevant experience in the housing market
• Goal-oriented with ability to balance individual and collaborative team work
• Exhibits adaptability, confidence, creativity, resiliency, Self-motivated and customer-service oriented
• Strong communication including active listening, observation, negotiation, selling and organizational skills
• Proficiency in computer skills and willingness to adapt to new technology
