Job Description
M/I Homes is looking for a New Home Sales Associate to assist the New Home Sales Consultant in participating in the sales process with customers in the capture of new home sales. The ideal candidate will have a Florida Real Estate license and excellent sales and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Florida Real Estate license
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and without direction or immediate supervision
- Self-motivated with persuasive, enthusiastic and customer-service oriented personality and good negotiation and organizational skills; detail-oriented aptitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for high interaction with a variety of people and forums inside and outside of organization
