M/I Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Associate to join their team in Southwest Florida. The successful candidate will assist in the sales process, learn sales and marketing techniques, and develop customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction. Weekend and holiday work is required.

Requirements

• Florida Real Estate license required
• Ability to work independently and without direction or immediate supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills including the use of Docusign, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and internal CRM, and AI
