Job Description
Assist the New Home Sales Consultant in the sales process with customers to capture new home sales. Develop essential skills in sales and marketing techniques, and assist in performing monthly competitive analyses to increase knowledge of communities.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent in specialized training
- Minimum one year retail sales experience and/or training
- Real Estate license required
