Job Description
M/I Homes has been building new homes of outstanding quality and superior design for 50 years. As a Sales Associate, you will assist the New Home Sales Consultant in the sales process with customers, learning and developing essential skills in sales and marketing techniques. The position is a feeder role for New Home Consultant (NHC) and requires a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Requirements
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent in specialized training from a two-year college or technical school
- Relevant course study including seminars and workshops in sales and marketing techniques
- Minimum of one year retail sales experience and/or training
- Real Estate license required
