Business Systems Analyst (Mid)

M9 Solutions is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (Mid) to work onsite in support of a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Requirements

• Develops and prepares complete, clear, and concise formal and informal presentations, reports, correspondence, briefings, charts, tables, and graphs on a wide variety of IT topics and initiatives to executive management and key stakeholders.
• Maintains, curates, retires, and improves inventories of IT assets and information systems, including data quality assessments, customer service, and customer coordination.
• Creates and implements quality assurance/quality control programs such as standardized operating procedures, regular and ad-hoc audits of system data, and in-application validation.
• Works on importing and exporting data from various applications, creation and curation of reports, hosting office hours with users from across the enterprise, creating and presenting training materials, responding to customer service requests in email and ticketing systems, updating system and program documentation, drafting and refining business requirements including wireframes, user-acceptance testing of technical requirements, and coordination with key stakeholders and applications.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with working-level stakeholders, including external partners.
