Talent Acquisition Specialist

M9 Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Corporate team in Tysons, VA. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Federal IT technical staffing recruiting and will be responsible for identifying qualified professional technical candidates and negotiating salaries and other terms and conditions of employment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Federal IT technical staffing recruiting
• Experience recruiting for full-time hires in one or more of the following areas: ERP/BI, Web Services, Cloud, Cyber, Mission IT
• Experience recruiting technical candidates for both W2 hourly and salaried positions
• Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service, and phone etiquette
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Software systems such as Greenhouse
• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and approach to work
• Experience using MS Office Suite: Word and Excel
• Currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience is required
