Lead Teacher EHS is responsible for providing care for infants and toddlers, planning and implementing educational programs, and partnering with parents to provide consistent and culturally sensitive care. The role involves a wide range of responsibilities including planning activities, maintaining classroom and outdoor play areas, preparing and serving meals, and documenting care and developmental activities. The ideal candidate will have a background in early childhood education and child development, and will be able to provide individualized care for infants and toddlers. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience working with children aged 0-3 years old.
