Requirements
- Strong experience as a Principal Engineer designing distributed architectures that scale
- Proven ability to bridge deep technical trade-offs with C-suite business goals to drive high-impact outcomes
- Expert-level mastery of cloud-native infrastructure, platform modernisation, and security-minded architecture
- Expert in Domain-Driven Design and modular strategies
- Experience mentoring Staff and Senior Engineers and leading technical design forums or training
- Proven success navigating the complexity tax of high-growth environments, ideally in regulated domains
- A 'leave it better than you found it' attitude, balancing long-term technical health with the need to ship at pace
- Ability to influence across multiple functions and stakeholder levels
