3-5 years of software development experience, experience with AWS infrastructure, backend technologies and best practices

4+ years of industry experience, strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques, and experience with modern Agentic AI Frameworks

2 years of experience in Social Work, Health Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field, and exposure to incident and complaint management in Aged Care, NDIS, or similar healthcare environments

Proven experience in training, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

At least 3 years of experience in team leadership, mentoring, and developing teams to achieve operational excellence, with a strong preference for Aged Care experience

Strong relationship-building skills are key. Experience in case management, aged care, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory. Tech skills a plus

Excellent communication skills are needed. Strong attention to detail and documentation. Comfortable working with older Australians and their families

2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields, with strong communication and problem-solving skills

AHPRA Registration, First Aid certification, experience in Home and Community Care, strong clinical decision-making skills, and excellent communication skills
