Job Description
Responsible for coordinating the inside counter sales and rental of new and used equipment within the assigned branch to achieve profit goals. Provides excellent customer service, negotiates sales, and assists in meeting and exceeding branch and company goals for rental and sale of equipment.
Requirements
- Maintains a safety conscious work environment
- Provide solutions and other opportunities outside the scope of equipment
- Negotiation, Upselling, and Follow-up
- Responsible to open new customer accounts and work to grow company market share
- Maintain a clean and presentable showroom
- Adept to work in a fast-paced environment while focused on providing excellent customer service
- Able to work within a team environment across all facets of the operation
- All Rental Customer Transactions: writing accurate reservations, opening, closing, distribution, invoicing, and collection of payment
