Sales - Rental Counter Sales Rep

This position is responsible for coordinating inside counter sales and rental of new and used equipment within the assigned branch to achieve profit goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, a basic knowledge of equipment and construction industry, and a desire to continually learn about advancements and changes in the industry.

Requirements

• Maintains a safety conscious work environment
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions
• Negotiate and upsell equipment rentals
• Maintain a clean and presentable showroom
• Provide excellent customer service
• Work within a team environment
• Manage all aspects of rental customer transactions
• Work all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly branch reports
• Assist with walk-in customers, outside sales force, and other departments
