Requirements
- High school education or equivalent with a technical background
- 3 years of mechanical experience with heavy equipment
- Knowledge of hydraulics, powertrain, electronic/electrical systems
- Moderate computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office
- Good customer service skills, basic prospecting skills, and ability to meet customer expectations
- Good listening and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of safety rules, laws, and regulations concerning engine service, hydraulics, electrical, technical functions of various components, and tooling procedures and capabilities
- Ability to work with little supervision and achieve required goals and objectives
- Ability to work overtime and weekends
- Ability to uphold professionalism with both internal and external customers
