Job Description
The Director of Knowledge, Records, and Information Management is a newly created position to support the evolution of MacArthur’s knowledge sharing and learning culture. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative strategist, skilled communicator, and initiator who can drive cultural change and foster a new data and knowledge mindset across the Foundation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the records, information and knowledge management fields
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in information/library science, business administration, or related discipline
- Extensive experience leveraging advanced information and knowledge management tools, systems and technology
- Adept at organizational change and a proven track record of inspiring people to adopt new ways of thinking and working
- Minimum of five years of Staff managerial experience in related field
