Manager, Specialty Leasing

We are seeking a Manager, Specialty Leasing to join our team at Macerich, a leading owner, operator, and developer of major retail real estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the Specialty Leasing budget in assigned center(s) through negotiation and execution of short-term leases, and will work closely with the VP, Specialty Leasing to develop and implement sales and merchandising strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in retail sales, shopping center leasing, or specialty leasing
• Demonstrated success in retail leasing, business development, or a related field
