The Specialty Leasing Manager is responsible for delivering the Specialty Leasing budget through negotiation and execution of short-term cart, kiosk, and short-term store leases.

Requirements

• Collaborate with the VP, Specialty Leasing to develop and implement sales, merchandising, and rate strategies
• Negotiate and execute Specialty Leasing agreements
• Conduct market research and outreach to identify and secure new retail concepts
