Job Description
Mach Industries, a rapidly growing defense technology company, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and own the infrastructure layer that powers their operations. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining systems and tooling to ensure a secure, scalable, and fast software lifecycle. This foundational hire will shape DevOps culture and tooling, enabling engineering teams and contributing to the development of next-generation autonomous defense platforms.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Infrastructure, or SRE role
- Proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Strong background in scripting (e.g. Python, Bash)
- Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes or ECS)
- Familiarity with system observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.)
- Excellent debugging and incident management skills
- Comfortable owning large initiatives end-to-end with minimal oversight
