Mach Industries is a rapidly growing defense technology company looking for a Quality Engineer to lead the quality strategy for an aircraft system and ensure end-to-end product integrity. The role requires strong systems thinking, attention to detail, and ability to drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3-5+ years of experience in Root Cause Analysis, RCCA, and CAPA
- Experience in developing PFMEAs, control plans, and inspection documentation
- Supporting and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specs
