Quality Specialist

Quality Specialist for Mach Industries, a rapidly growing defense technology company. Owner of critical quality processes, inspecting mechanical, electrical, and integrated assemblies, and leading nonconformance investigations and corrective actions. Hands-on, high autonomy role in fast-paced hardware environments.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in lieu of education
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, aviation, automotive, or advanced manufacturing quality environments
• Strong proficiency interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T
• Proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) software and inspection data management software
• Hands-on experience with receiving, in-process, and final inspection for complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies
• Demonstrated experience owning nonconformance processes, root cause investigations, and corrective action implementation
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced production environments with minimal oversight
• Experience in a facility with AS9100, ISO9001 or similar QMS standard
