As a Junior Account Partner Manager, you will build relationships with health providers, develop strategic partner accounts, and shape the offer on machtfit's platform. You will work with experienced colleagues, grow into independent management, and have real influence on the company's growth success.
Requirements
- First experience in account management, partner management, sales, or customer success
- Very high learning ability and willingness to quickly take responsibility for high-grossing, strategically important partner accounts
- Strong drive and initiative: You take up issues proactively, think in opportunities, and want to actively contribute to sales and growth success
- Developed communication skills and secure appearance in exchange with external partners like internal stakeholders
- Analytical understanding and pleasure in working with numbers (e.g. KPIs, sales, and usage data) and deriving measures from them
- Structured, reliable, and self-organized way of working; ability to prioritize multiple partners and topics simultaneously
- High service and solution orientation and pleasure in developing long-term, partnership-like relationships
