Job Description
MacLellan Integrated Services is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee salaried supervisors, hourly team leads, and team members in the delivery of its services. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as experience in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- 7 years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement are desired
- Automotive paint shop experience, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision desired
