Contract Manager

Join MacLellan Integrated Services as a Contract Manager and be part of a team that values trust, integrity, and community. As the Contract Manager, you will oversee salaried supervisors, hourly team leads, and team members in delivering services such as Critical Process Cleaning and Building & Process Equipment Maintenance. The Contract Manager will interact with customer contacts daily to ensure safe and high-quality tasks are accomplished.

Requirements

• 7 years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement are desired
• Automotive paint shop experience, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision desired
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent team builder and visionary leader
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software or similar
