Contract Manager

MacLellan Integrated Services is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee salaried supervisors, hourly team leads, and team members in the delivery of services. The Contract Manager will interact with customer contacts, ensuring all tasks and activities are accomplished safely with the highest level of quality.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software or similar
• 7 years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement are desired
• Automotive paint shop experience, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision desired
