Maintenance Manager

MacLellan Integrated Services is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee salaried supervisors, hourly team leads, and team members in the delivery of maintenance services. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as strong leadership skills and experience in facility maintenance, metal fabrication, and welding.

• Ability to use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems
• Proficient with CMMS
• Experience with financial input and cost management
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software or similar
• Demonstrated leader in safety metrics and team involvement in safety processes
