Job Description
Join Macmahon as a People Business Partner in Perth, WA, and play a key strategic role in aligning our people strategy with operational goals across multiple sites. As a proactive and experienced HR professional, you will serve as the primary HR partner for operational leaders, providing expert coaching, guidance, and support across all areas of people management.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or similar
- Previous HR experience in the mining industry (preferred)
- Experience using Success Factors or a similar HRIS to drive HR policy and operations
