Job Description
MacMore seeks a Technical Support Management (TSM) Specialist to support the United States Coast Guard (USCG) for a pending contract award. The TSM Specialist will administer and maintain the TSM system and Electronic Trial Card (ETC) tool, track and manage deficiency records, and provide technical support and training to OPC PRO personnel, INSURV teams, and shipbuilder staff.
Requirements
- Administer and maintain the Technical Support Management (TSM) system and Electronic Trial Card (ETC) tool
- Track, manage, and update deficiency records
- Develop and maintain ship-specific databases
- Provide technical support and system training
- Assist in preparing technical briefings, assessments, audits, and milestone reviews
- Maintain and deploy a local network capability
- Coordinate with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with security, configuration control, and system certification requirements
