Job Description
Join MIRACORP Inc., where excellence meets opportunity. We are seeking a TSM/Deficiency Records Administrator to support the Technical Support Management system, oversee deficiency record tracking, and assist during ship trial events for the U.S. Coast Guard Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) Program.
Requirements
- Serve as Local TSM Administrator (Security+ required)
- Manage deficiency records, trial cards, CARs, and QDRs
- Support dock trials, builder’s trials, and acceptance trials
- Maintain TSM system data integrity and reporting
- Track corrective actions and coordinate with engineering and QA teams
- Provide surge support during major trial events
