Job Description
We are looking for a Data Centre Facilities Technician to join our team at Macquarie Data Centre. As a key member of our campus facilities team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Customer Mission Critical Services and delivering world's best data centre services. You will have the opportunity to work with emerging technologies and products, and experience opportunities to learn and grow while being supported by a highly motivated and diverse team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years hands-on management experience in Enterprise Data Centres
- Eligible to obtain NV1 clearance (Australian Citizenship required)
- Proven record in respect of dealing with Data Centre MEP technologies
- Proven record in developing and executing Data Centre routine maintenance activity
- Good knowledge of building services (Structural, DRUPS/UPS, HV/LV switchgear, Electrical Design, Generators, Security Systems, HVAC, Fire, Security, EMS, ECMS, BMS)
