Job Description
We're looking for a Finance Transformation Manager to lead a major transformation program across Finance and the business. The goal is to use automation, AI and smarter processes to radically lift efficiency, insight and capability across the finance function.
Requirements
- Strong technical finance foundations (CPA, CA, CFA or equivalent) with deep systems knowledge
- Proven experience leading finance transformation, ERP, automation or AI-enabled initiatives
- Confidence working across finance, technology and business teams — and bringing them with you
- A structured, analytical approach with the ability to simplify complexity
- Strong project and change management capability, including vendor coordination
- Clear communication skills — especially when explaining technical ideas to non-technical audiences
- Curiosity, resilience and a genuine appetite for improving how things work
